The Vision of the Church

Matthew 22:37... “Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind”

Our vision is to equip believers in the following areas

Love the Lord our God (Worship Him) in everything we do. We are called by God to be worshipers. (John 4:23)
Love you neighbors as yourself. (Matthew 19:19) We must love those on every side of our lives-at work, in our neighborhoods, at home, and of course at Church.
We must preach the Gospel to every nation. (Matthew 28:19-20) Everything we do must include the Preaching of God’s word. The word of the Lord is what will last.
We must teach all men to obey the truth. We must be doers of the word and not just hears (Luke 6:46-49, James 1:22 ) we must obey God’s voice.
We must be disciples. Then make disciples of others. Kind produces kind! We must be concerned to produce true Christ-loving disciples in his body.

We envision the Church as an equipping center to strengthen believers in their faith

Bible Study
Sunday School
Youth Ministry
Men / Women Ministries

We envision the Church as a place called to reach out in Passion with Compassion

Prayer Ministry
Evangelism
Helps (reaching out the social needs of the community)
Hospital Ministry
Nursing Home.
Day Care and Head Start programs.
G.E.D Classes
Adult Education (Classes that will train individuals in particular fields in which they would be able to find employment.
To work with the community in which the church is in to beautify and rid the community of anything that is not beneficial to it.

The Church is to reproduce.

It is our job as true believers, just as Christ has reproduced himself in us we are to do the same by reproducing that which he has in us into the lives of others. (2 Cor. 5:18-21) This in turns means that we will outgrow the facility in which we are currently in and will have to build another facility that will enable us the room to effectively carry out the vision in which God has given us.
